Roller Lifting

Citrus fruits are smoothly and evenly conveyed to the washing stage from the soaking tank via a roller lifting device, achieving a seamless automated connection from the raw material area to the processing line. This process ensures a continuous and stable supply of fruit.

Brush Cleaning

The equipment utilizes high-speed rotating food-grade soft brushes, combined with a precisely controlled pure water spray system, to thoroughly clean the surface of citrus fruits from all angles, effectively removing dust, impurities, and some surface microorganisms.

The specially designed brushes are soft and flexible, ensuring efficient cleaning without damaging the delicate fruit peel.

Air Drying and Waxing

First, a powerful, evenly distributed air curtain quickly dries and removes residual water droplets from the citrus fruit’s surface. Then, the system applies a finely atomized food-grade wax, forming an extremely thin and uniform protective film on the peel.

The drying and waxing processes are integrated into one unit, optimizing equipment layout and saving valuable production space.

Drying and Polishing Section
