Feeding and Arranging
This section uses elevators or roller conveyors to smoothly feed pineapples into the processing line, and guide devices align them to ensure that each pineapple enters the subsequent stages in an orderly manner, laying the foundation for accurate inspection and grading.
- This achieves continuous and stable pineapple transport, significantly reducing manual labor and intensity.
- It ensures that each pineapple passes through the inspection section in its optimal condition, guaranteeing the accuracy of data collection.
- It provides a reliable material flow guarantee for the stable and efficient operation of the entire production line.
CCD Color Sorting
After arranging, the pineapples are processed by a high-performance CCD color sorter, which uses multispectral technology to accurately detect and remove fruits with poor color, skin blemishes, mold, and those that do not meet ripeness standards.
- The ultra-high resolution recognition system can effectively detect subtle defects that are difficult for the human eye to detect, improving overall quality.
- This ensures that the color, ripeness, and appearance quality of the pineapples processed in subsequent stages are highly consistent.
- Millisecond-level response accurately removes defective products, ensuring the quality stability of the high-end product line.
Weight Grading
High-quality pineapples, after color sorting, enter the weight grading section. High-precision sensors weigh each fruit in real time, and the system automatically distributes them to the corresponding channel according to preset weight grades.
- High-sensitivity sensors ensure grading accuracy, guaranteeing a high degree of uniformity in fruit weight within the same grade.
- The system records the quantity of each grade in real time, providing data support for production management, pricing, and sales.
- Different weight grade standards can be easily set and adjusted according to market demand, offering strong adaptability.
Washing and Uniform Drying
The graded pineapples enter a bubble washing machine, where a generator produces a large number of microbubbles, effectively shaking off and removing dust and impurities from the pineapple’s surface folds. Subsequently, a uniform and gentle air curtain treatment thoroughly removes residual moisture from the surface.
- The microbubbles can penetrate into the crevices of the pineapple skin, achieving a cleaning effect that is difficult to achieve manually or by brushing.
- The non-contact washing method completely avoids physical friction with the pineapple surface, ensuring zero scratches on the peel.
- The water flow and bubble recycling system significantly reduces water consumption while ensuring excellent cleaning results.
Waxing and Secondary Drying
Dry pineapples are sprayed with food-grade wax, forming a thin protective film on their surface. A secondary drying process solidifies the wax, significantly enhancing the fruit’s gloss and slowing down moisture evaporation.
- This makes the pineapples brighter and more appealing, greatly increasing their product attractiveness.
- The protective film effectively reduces moisture loss, extending shelf life.
- A uniform spraying, curing, and drying system ensures a uniform, glossy, and strongly adhered wax film.
Packaging and Palletizing
Processed pineapples are transported to the packaging area according to their grade. Automatic netting, labeling, bagging, or boxing is possible, and the system can be integrated with automated palletizing systems.
- The fully automated packaging process significantly reduces manual labor and improves efficiency.
- Mechanized operation ensures neat and standardized packaging, enhancing brand image.
- Automated palletizing facilitates subsequent warehousing and transportation, achieving a closed-loop production line.
