Pomegranate Peeling and Deseeding Machine: How It Works & Structure

How does the GELGOOG pomegranate aril separator achieve such high efficiency? It breaks the processing down into three scientific stages:

• Feeding & First Crushing: Whole pomegranates enter through the upper hopper. The upper crushing rollers (with adjustable clearance) gently crack open the pomegranate husk.
• Second Separation: The cracked fruit falls into the lower crushing stage. Here, a specialized rotor separates the arils from the broken peel while the mixture moves along the rotating sieve.
• Dual Outlets: The clean, intact pomegranate arils pass through the sieve holes and discharge from the front outlet, while the husks and inner membranes are pushed out through the rear waste outlet.
